Entry for VIP's, Humane Hero's, Will Call, & Daily Admission

Entry to the Event will be on the south side of the paved parking lot (see picture below).

If you participated in the Peer to Peer fundraiser, your Humane Hero (HH) or VIP package will be available for pick up at a table separate from general admission. Volunteers will look you up by name and get your shirt and packet.

All HH & VIP packages come with drink tickets and the option to have ID verified at check in (and skip the ID station line!). If you are over 21, the volunteer will place a band on your wrist and stamp the same wrist (per requirement of ABC license). If you choose to not show ID at the main entrance, no problem! You can always do so later at the ID station inside the event.

General admission: $10 admission at the main entrance, children 12 and under are free.

If HH or VIP passes are still available, you may purchase at the entrance.

"Day of" HH packages are $45, and "Day of" VIP packages are $175.

Will Call & Buddy Pass holders will check in at the HH & VIP table.

Drink tickets will be available inside the event. Be prepared to show valid ID if you plan to drink, thank you!

BHS is conveniently located off Hwy 99 on Garner Lane.

Take the B Line - Drops you off right in front of BHS
Ride your bike up the Esplanade
Rideshare with friends
Car pool with your friends

Parking

General parking will be in the adjoining unpaved lot to the south of BHS (enter from Garner Ln).

The main BHS paved parking lot is reserved for Disabled & Senior parking, and for our Bands.

Event Etiquette

🐕 Well-behaved dogs welcome! Dogs MUST BE LEASHED at ALL TIMES. Retractable leashes are not allowed. If that is all that you have available to you, we will provide you with a slip lead.

👟 Close toed shoes are recommended. Our backyard has some uneven ground and some not-so-comfy dry vegetation.

🧎‍♂️ Blankets are highly recommended so you can sit on the field and listen to the bands play.

🪑 Low-backed chairs can also be brought into the event. Just make sure they are low to the ground.

🚰 Empty refillable water bottles are highly recommended. We will not be allowing any outside food or drink, but we will have water refill stations so you can always stay hydrated.

🎒 You can bring in a small bag or backpack but they will be searched on check-in so be sure there's nothing in there that you don't want found.

🙄 We hope we wouldn't have to say this, but please, do not leave your dog (or your kid) in your car!
